Responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of a complex portfolio of learning products and assists in the mentorship and development of learning product owners and associate learning product owners. Operates with a high degree of strategic ownership at the intersection of learning science, product thinking, and instructional technology to create scalable, high-impact learning experiences. Combines strategic and creative thinking with efficient, time-sensitive execution to drive portfolio-level outcomes while identifying areas for systemic improvement.

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Learning Product Owner to lead a portfolio of digital learning products, driving continuous improvement through learning science, emerging technologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
Impact

As a Learning Product Owner, you will own a portfolio of complex learning products from concept through launch and ongoing iteration. You will partner across instructional design, assessment, research, analytics, development, and project management teams to create engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences that align with learner needs and business priorities.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of complex learning experiences aligned to learner needs, business priorities, and market demand.
  • Own a portfolio of strategic learning products, guiding product strategy, roadmap development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Partner with assessment, development, and research teams to ensure alignment between competencies, assessments, instructional strategies, and product outcomes.
  • Use data, experimentation, and learner insights to drive product enhancements and improve engagement, persistence, and completion metrics.
  • Lead the adoption of emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools to accelerate design, content creation, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in an agile environment.
  • Identify risks, automate processes, and apply systems-thinking approaches to improve product quality, scalability, and long-term portfolio performance.

Work Location

This is a full-time, in-office position requiring five days per week in our Salt Lake City, Utah office, designed to foster the collaboration and connection that fuel our best work.

Travel Requirement

This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year). Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-related events as needed. Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements.

Position & Application Details
