Job Title: Senior Learning and Organizational Development Partner

Department: People Operations

Location: Salt Lake, Utah

Reports To: Chief People Officer

Job Type: Full-time

Travel: 30%

Job Summary

The Senior Learning and Organizational Development Partner is a strategic People Operations role responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining learning, leadership, and organizational development initiatives that drive business performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with People Operations leadership and business leaders to build scalable development systems, strengthen leadership capability, and enable successful organizational change across the enterprise.

Essential Job Functions
  • Assess organizational effectiveness using engagement, performance, and workforce data
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
  • Partner with leaders to improve role clarity, team effectiveness, and operating models
  • Develop and own the enterprise learning and development strategy
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding, role-based, and leadership development programs
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and use data to drive continuous improvement
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs across all leadership levels
  • Coach leaders on people leadership, communication, accountability, and performance management
  • Support succession planning and leadership readiness initiatives
  • Partner on culture and engagement initiatives aligned with organizational values
  • Analyze engagement and eNPS data to identify trends and recommend targeted interventions
  • Design programs that strengthen trust, inclusion, and psychological safety
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and internal consultant to People Operations and business leaders
  • Align learning and organizational development initiatives with business objectives and People Operations priorities
  • Support complex people, leadership, and organizational challenges across the organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in learning, organizational development, or related People Operations roles
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership development and learning programs
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills
  • Proven ability to partner with leaders in complex organizational environments

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multi-site, frontline, or operationally complex organizations
  • Formal training or certification in organizational development, change management, or coaching

Work Environment

This role operates within People Operations and requires regular collaboration with executive leadership and operational teams. Travel is required to support leaders and teams across multiple locations. The position balances strategic planning with hands-on program design, facilitation, and leader coaching in a dynamic and evolving organizational environment.
