What you bring to the table

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver features that support digital commerce, promotions, personalization, and campaign activations in partnership with design & engineering.
  • Align with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and franchise stakeholders to support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Use data & analytics to optimize conversion, engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Ensure platform capabilities are flexible, scalable, and reusable across multiple campaigns and business needs.
  • Drive innovation in how players interact with Call of Duty through web-based experiences tied to live operations and marketing beats.

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital product management.
  • Proven track record of delivering commerce platforms or technology platform products at scale.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience optimizing funnels, conversion, and engagement.
  • Experience working on platforms (not just one-off experiences), ideally supporting marketing or live ops.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce systems, experimentation frameworks, analytics tools, and modern web technologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills across marketing, engineering, and design.
  • Gaming/entertainment background preferred; passion for Call of Duty a big plus.
