Job Description

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to drive growth across Bosch non-mobility businesses in the region Americas. In this role, you will be the key regional interface for engineering services engagements, working closely with customer stakeholders, global delivery leaders, and engineering teams to expand partnerships and create long-term value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior business and engineering leaders across assigned accounts.
  • Develop account strategies that align engineering services capabilities with customer roadmaps and business priorities.
  • Drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and advancing opportunities across software engineering, digital engineering, embedded systems, AI, data, cloud, enterprise applications, and related services.
  • Lead commercial discussions, including proposals, pricing, contracts, renewals, and negotiations.
  • Partner with delivery, program management, engineering, and finance teams to ensure successful execution of engagements.
  • Monitor account health, customer satisfaction, and delivery risks, and proactively resolve escalations.
  • Own revenue forecasting, profitability, receivables, and account governance for the assigned portfolio.
  • Influence technology and investment discussions by acting as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders.
  • Coordinate closely with regional and offshore stakeholders to align on execution, priorities, and growth plans.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in strategic account management, business development, or customer partner management.
  • Strong executive relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated success with consultative selling, value-based solution development, and complex account growth.
  • Experience managing large enterprise engagements across multiple geographies and global delivery models.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executive stakeholders and expand strategic customer accounts over time.
  • Industry experience in industrial, consumer products, manufacturing, robotics, energy, healthcare, or building technologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, contract management, negotiations, and deal structuring.
  • Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, P&L, and profitability management.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and structured execution skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global, multicultural, and cross-functional teams.
