Monthly and annual portfolio reporting will be required, based on information collected from project teams, along with oversight of project closures and follow-up reporting.

Management of high-risk, high-visibility projects may be required from time to time.

Additionally, this leader will play an active role in the ERP Modernization program, which will move our organization from our current ERP platforms to SAP's S/4HANA.

  • Project future resource needs and report on current resource utilization accurately.
  • Deliver precise updates on project progress, status, risks, and ongoing challenges.
  • Participate in steering committee and PMO meetings, advocating for PMO and project management interests.
  • Maintain complete and up-to-date project and portfolio reports.
  • Oversee project and portfolio processes to maximize delivery of prioritized projects.
  • Create and refine best practices, methods, and tools for planning, execution, management, milestone tracking, communication, and KPIs.
  • Promote understanding of project management standards and methodologies.
  • Lead project reviews and offer actionable recommendations to highlight both successful and problematic areas.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and motivation to project team leads.
  • Coordinate and align with the Global IT Team to deliver IT services and execute projects smoothly.
