Job Description Summary
Enterprise Technologies Office of the Chief Operating provides project and program management, delivery assurance and consulting, health checks and related guidance for key programs and projects. The Senior Project Manager completes work with minimal guidance and direction, and typical project management assignments have a medium to high level of complexity which may involve unstructured and ambiguous situations.

Job Description

What You Will Do:
  • Managing projects, which involves resource demand management, determining project deliverables and timelines, developing a project plan and managing to the plan, coordinating and leading meetings, preparing meeting minutes and status reports.
  • Working with team members to resolve issues.
  • Coordinating activities of a project team which may include individuals from multiple teams, departments and locations.
  • Manage and deliver assigned projects to agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards
  • Supporting project teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Must demonstrate skills in negotiation and facilitation techniques
  • Mentoring team members
  • Supporting Project Management methodologies


What You Will Need:

Compensation:

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $102,000 - $128,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.

Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.
