Job DescriptionGeneral Purpose of Job:
The Advanced Technical Experience Operations Specialist leads technical projects, mentors junior team members, and drives process improvement. This role addresses complex IT challenges, enhances department workflows, and ensures high-quality IT and telephony support, including the technologies that support meeting and collaborative environments.
Essential Duties:

Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position. - Lead deployment and upgrade projects for IT and telephony systems.
- Mentor entry-level and intermediate specialists, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Analyze workflows and implement process improvements for efficiency and security.
- Coordinate and resolve escalated technical issues, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Develop strategies to optimize IT endpoint performance.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and support off-hours as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements General Requirements
• Valid standard drivers license
Work Experience
• Must be proficient in IT operations with leadership experience.
Education
• High school diploma and a minimum of 7 years of ITsupport experience or Associates degree computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 5 years of IT support experience or Bachelors degree in computer science, IT or related field and a minimum of 3 years of IT support experience
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
• Strong leadership skills • Advanced troubleshooting abilities • Proficiency in managing complex projects
