Sr IT Delivery Consultant
This position is responsible for driving program delivery execution for Medicare Supplemental Product transformation program. This position is responsible for assisting technology delivery lead leading end-to-end delivery of the program to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs; ensuring program performance metrics are met to deliver key business value; providing technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues, through effective facilitation of requirement analysis, architecture development, business analysis, business process solutioning, and logical design; optimizing delivery by ensuring coordination with various downstream teams (other portfolios and the Center); overseeing monitoring of key performance indicators, facilitating delivery status transparency to business stakeholders; overseeing tracking, managing, and reporting on program status against action items, milestones, critical path / dependencies, issues, risks, value delivery, and mitigation strategies.
