THE OPPORTUNITY
The Senior IT & Business Systems Analyst provides advanced technology support for California operations, serving as the IT and business systems resource for the Moorpark and Fremont facilities. The position supports infrastructure, end-user computing, ERP/business systems, local technology projects, cybersecurity initiatives, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with site leadership and the global IT organization. This position requires a well-rounded technology professional capable of balancing day-to-day operational support with business systems administration and process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Infrastructure (40%)
• Provide advanced desktop, server, network, and end-user support across the Moorpark and Fremont facilities.
• Maintain local IT infrastructure, coordinate hardware lifecycle, and support the Microsoft environment.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, disaster recovery preparedness, and vendor management.
• Partner with the Global IT team to ensure standardized technology solutions and consistent support across both California sites.
Business Systems (40%)
• Support SYSPRO ERP and other business applications across the California operations.
• Troubleshoot application issues, configure users, test system upgrades, and deliver end-user training.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve business processes, reporting, and system utilization.
• Support cross-site technology initiatives and ensure consistent business systems practices between Moorpark and Fremont.
Continuous Improvement (20%)
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Lead or participate in IT and business systems projects, documenting procedures and establishing best practices.
• Develop and maintain cross-training and knowledge-sharing processes to strengthen business continuity across both California sites.
• Support compliance, cybersecurity, and continuous improvement initiatives while serving as a trusted technology partner to site leadership.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressively responsible experience supporting IT infrastructure, business systems, and end-user technology.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations; multi-site manufacturing support preferred.
• Experience supporting ERP systems (SYSPRO preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and network administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, system implementations, and end-user training.
• SQL reporting and Power BI experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.

Salary Description
$120,000 - $130,000 annually
