Senior Investment Strategist (Federal Civilian Position):
As a Senior Investment Strategist, you will serve as a critical bridge between commercial finance and defense innovation. In this highly analytical and execution-focused role, you will apply private equity-style turnaround methodologies to optimize our financial and operational footprint. By leveraging your expertise in capital allocation, financial modeling, and valuation, you will maximize budget efficiency, accelerate the transition of high-potential technology to the warfighter, and salvage strategic value from stalled, high-risk initiatives.

We are seeking a strategic leader with 3 to 7+ years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or corporate development. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional quantitative skills, a proven track record of managing complex financial portfolios, and the unique ability to navigate the intersection of commercial capital markets and national defense priorities.

Duty Location: National Capital Region (NCR)
Pay Band / Grade: NH-03 (GS-12/13 equivalent)
Promotion Potential: Full performance level to NH-04 (GS-14/15 equivalent)
Travel may be required: (10%)
