As aSeniorIntegrated Marketing Manager, you will:
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to understand our target personas, our productdifferentiators, and ourcontent strategy, using this information todesign Marketing campaigns
Designaccount-based marketing campaigns toacquirenew logos from enterprise organizations,definingthetarget account list, messaging, content, channel mix, budget, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign
Partner with international teammates to obtain input on new campaigns and adapt your approach to execute campaigns at a global scale
Write campaign briefs that inspire the cross-functional team (e.g., Brand & Creative, Marketing Automation, Marketing Ops, Digital Marketing, Web, Agency Partners, etc.) to deliver compelling creative concepts, assemble innovative tactical plans, craft effective content assets, and meet campaign objectives
Provide constructive feedback on campaign creative, ensuring new deliverables speak to the target audience and adhere to channel best practices
Understand the role of each marketing channel in the buyer journey,proactivelymonitoringifchannels and tactics are performing at/above benchmarkandinfluencingotherteams tooptimizeareas of underperformance
Partner with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Sales to extend your campaigns to our Outbound BDRs, ensuring campaigns are supported with sales playsagainst our target accounts
Provide regular reporting to Marketing and Sales leadership aboutyour campaignswith the goal ofcommunicatingoverall performancetrendsandnext steps to improve results
Contribute to the quarterly planning process for Marketing, partnering with functional teams toallocatebudget by marketing channel and forecast leads, pipeline, and revenue

As an IntegratedMarketing Manager, your backgroundwill look like:
3-5yearsofIntegratedMarketingexperiencepromoting SaaS products to Enterprise orgs
Strong background in account-based marketing, especially1:Fewand 1:1campaigns
Proven ability to managecampaigns fromstrategy to execution to optimization
Proventrack recordofbuilding positive relationshipswithMarketing andSales teammates
Experience withmonitoring andattaininglead, pipeline, andrevenue targets
Understanding ofrelevanttechnology(6Sense,Salesforce, Tableau)
Exceptional communication skills (interpersonal, written & verbal)
Proactive, detail-oriented,andable to think creativelyand quicklyto solve problems

Annual Base Salary Range: $86,000.00- $114,000.00The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum and is displayed in the full-time equivalent amount. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
