SCCM and Intune Administration
- Vulnerability & Patch Management
• Drive vulnerability remediation efforts and reduce backlog.
• Improve patch compliance and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize risk-based remediation.
• Ensure vulnerability and patch management activities meet the standardsestablished by the Cyber Security team.
• Track remediation progress against CyberSecurity-defined measurementparameters, including severity, risk rating, compliance targets, a ndremediation timelines.
• Validate patching outcomes against approved security baselines, vulnerabilitymanagement expectations, and operational compliance requirements.
• Partner with Cyber Security to review vulnerability trends, recurring gaps,overdue remediation items, and areas requiring corrective action.
• Maintain clear evidence of remediation progress, exception handling, riskacceptance, and compliance status for audit and governance purposes.
• Strengthen reporting to provide actionable visibility into patch compliance,vulnerability exposure, remediation aging, and SLA performance. Monitoring & Observability (On-Premises and Cloud)
• Assess and optimize monitoring and observability platforms across on-premises and cloud workloads
• Improve alert quality by reducing noise, tuning thresholds, and ensuring alertsare actionable and insight-driven
• Build and enhance operational dashboards to improve visibility intoinfrastructure health, performance, availability, and capacity trends
• Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow to streamline.

Salary Range Format:
Base Salary Range: 90,000 CAD/Yr 120,000 CAD/Yr..
