Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security or related field, or an equivalent of 16 years experience
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in information security roles
  • 10+ years as an ISSO or in similar security posture supporting IC or DoD programs
  • Proficiency with customer security tools and corporate guidelines
  • Familiarity with applicable security frameworks and regulations
  • Operational knowledge of server technologies and internetworking protocols
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

Responsibilities

  • Lead security assessments to identify vulnerabilities within systems and networks
  • Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with security regulations and frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture
  • Conduct security training and awareness programs for staff
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches
  • Evaluate and implement new security technologies

Full Job Description
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security, or a related discipline, plus 12+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of experience may be considered on a case by case basis.
Direct Experience: 10+ years of in-depth experience as ISSO or combination of ISSO and other security related role supporting IC or DoD programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Proficient with with customer security tools, corporate repositories, playbooks and guidelines
Knowledgeablewith appliclable frameworks, regulations, standards, policies and procedures
Operational understanding of server and IA technologies, internetworking protocols and services
Certifications & Compliance with DoD 8140.03 with IAM Level II or higher (CASP+, CISSP or higher)
Clearance Requirement: Must hold an active TS/SCI with Polygragh
