We are looking for a Senior Industrial Transformation Consultant to join our dynamic team. The Senior Industrial Transformation Consultant supports organisations in their operational excellence, digital transformation, and business process improvement initiatives. Working at the intersection of business, operations, and technology, the consultant helps clients define their target operating model, streamline processes, prepare organisational changes, and successfully deploy new business solutions across manufacturing and engineering environments. The role focuses on driving measurable business outcomes, improving operational performance, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Assessment & Business Analysis
  • Analyse current organisations, business processes, and ways of working.
  • Identify operational challenges, improvement opportunities, and transformation priorities.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Map and document current-state (As-Is) processes.
  • Assess operational and digital maturity across functions.

Future-State Design
  • Gather and formalise business requirements.
  • Define target operating models and future-state processes.
  • Support process harmonisation across sites, business units, or organisations.
  • Promote best practices and operational standardisation.
  • Contribute to business transformation strategies and initiatives.

Transformation Management
  • Conduct gap assessments between current and target states.
  • Prioritise transformation initiatives and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
  • Support business case development and effort estimation.
  • Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies.

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Assess organisational impacts of transformation initiatives.
  • Develop communication and change adoption strategies.
  • Prepare training and user readiness plans.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
  • Support leadership teams throughout the transformation journey.


Qualifications
  • Experience as an industrial transformation consultant in the context of the deployment of a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or other manufacturing software.
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, aeronautical, computer science, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
