You will implement and customize Eclipse solutions for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their businesses are optimized. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and achieving satisfaction benchmarks. We are seeking applicants with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Eclipse solutions.
What You Will Be Doing:- Coach and mentor PS Consultants ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery.
- Implement Eclipse solutions to meet client requirements.
- Customize and configure Eclipse software according to client specifications.
- Conduct training sessions and provide support for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and needs.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
- Achieve and exceed project goals and timelines.
- Continuously learn and apply new features and functionalities of Eclipse software.
What You Will Likely Bring:- 5+ years of applicable Epicor Eclipse software experience.
- Strong knowledge of and/or demonstrated success in the distribution industry.
- 3+ year of consulting experience preferred.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to travel up to 60%.

Range:Minimum: $105,000 USD Maximum: $178,000 USD
