Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Human Resources Generalist to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic partner across the organization, managing a broad spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. Your expertise will drive workforce management strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement. Duties
  • Lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo to attract top talent and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure smooth employee orientation and integration.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication skills.
  • Oversee benefits administration including health plans, workers' compensation claims, and retirement plans using platforms like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment & labor laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and other relevant regulations.
  • Drive performance management initiatives by coordinating employee evaluations, training & development programs, and succession planning efforts.
  • Support change management projects related to organization design, HRIS (Human Resource Information System) updates like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM, and workforce management systems such as Kronos or UltiPro.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience in human capital management, HR sourcing, and project management within a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law including FMLA, workers' compensation procedures, affirmative action planning, and OSHA standards.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro; experience with payroll systems like Paychex or ADP is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle data collection, data entry, contracts administration, and detailed record-keeping accurately.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with leadership teams and employees at all levels.

Work Location: In person

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $93900 to $117000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
