Senior Human Resource Generalist – Onsite

The Job:
As a Senior Human Resource Generalist, you’ll be part of our Human Resources team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:
- Provides full range of day-to-day HR and training support for the business unit including staffing, employee relations, performance management, organizational & leadership development, and technical training.
- Implements human resources and training processes and programs and provides professional services to all employees in a fair and equal manner.
- Analyze and identify training and development needs to develop training plans, including developing technical and developmental training curriculum and materials for hourly and salaried employees.
- Design the strategy to develop, implement and maintain the organizational culture (environment, safety, leadership, teamwork, life balance).
- Evaluate ongoing programs to ensure relevance in business processes and employee development.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with workforce development partners (technical schools, community colleges, etc.).
- Work together with HR team, employees, supervisors, and managers to resolve employee relations issues as they arise.
- Implement positive employee relations strategies and execute projects.
- Prepare reports and metrics to measure human resource-related functions such as collecting and reporting out on statistical data such as turnover, diversity, new hires, transfers etc. for monthly and quarterly review.
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
- Consult with employees to resolve benefit/payroll/LOA issues as they arise.
- Attend department, hourly, and salaried meetings as required.
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
- Other departmental projects and tasks as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or other related field.
- 5 years’ experience in Human Resources (in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred).
- Experience developing/designing and delivering training programs/curriculum is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Outstanding employee relations skills with a strong customer focus.
- Detail oriented with organizational and time management skills.
- Proven experience with project development and management through successful completion.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to conduct meetings or presentations.
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the facility.
- Advanced technology skills, such as MS Office, Workday.

The Salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $124,900.00
This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
