Responsibilities

  • Act as Reporting Administrator, creating and managing reports and dashboards.

Full Job Description
Senior HRIS Analyst
The Company

The primary function of position is to administer core HCM system, Workday.Provide functional and technical expertise to support Workday system and processes.  Collaborate with corporate and field HR departments, IT and other functional areas to identify process, system and reporting enhancements and modifications.  Evaluate, recommend and implement best practices, develop new processes and implement solutions based on business requirements.  Management and communication of business processes to relevant stakeholders to promote optimum efficiency using Workday.

  • Administration and configuration of security aspects including domain security, user and position-based security roles. Ensure security integrity and compliance with documented audit requirements.

  • Support of Workday Modules, HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Talent, Absence & Time Tracking.  Recommend and implement modifications to existing processes, new processes, integrations, functionality and solutions

  • Support and lead projects and enhancements

  • Maintain other system functions and tables such as compensation structures and profiles, translations.

  • Reporting Administrator: Write, generate and maintain reports, metrics and dashboards.

  • Maintain Workday organizational structure.

  • Create and load EIBs as needed.

  • Provide end-user support; troubleshoot and assist users on for business processes or other Workday system issues and inquiries. 

  • Support People Experience strategy.  Support People Experience in Workday; recommend improvements and implement solutions

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.

  • 3 Years of Workday experience in multiple modules.

  • Experience in Business Process, Reporting and Security

  • Strong understanding of HR concepts, practices and procedures.

  • Ability to communicate well with non-technical and technical users.

  • Ability to lead projects

The compensation range identified below are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on compensable factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.

Pay range: $100,000-$126,000
