Senior HRIS Analyst

This role will serve as a key technical resource responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of enterprise HR technology platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep HRIS expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for solving complex business challenges through technology.

This position will play a critical role in supporting our current HR systems while helping to guide IMA through a strategic transition from UKG to Workday over the coming years. The successful candidate will take ownership of system configuration, reporting, security, testing, troubleshooting, integrations, and ongoing system improvements.
What You'll Do
  • Administer and maintain enterprise HR systems and related processes.
  • Configure and support HCM functionality, business processes, security roles, workflows, and reporting.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements.
  • Develop, validate, and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data integrations.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and perform root-cause analysis to resolve problems effectively.
  • Lead testing efforts for system releases, upgrades, implementations, and enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and operational stability across HR technology platforms.
  • Document system configurations, testing results, business requirements, and support procedures.
  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives related to HR technology enhancements.
  • Contribute to HR technology strategy and future-state system implementations.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience administering enterprise HRIS or HCM platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Experience supporting system configurations, reporting, troubleshooting, testing, and data management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to work with confidential employee, compensation, payroll, benefits, and HR data while maintaining high standards of security and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Workday HCM, business processes, security configuration, reporting, calculated fields, integrations, EIBs, or integration monitoring.
  • Experience supporting HRIS implementations, system conversions, data migrations, module deployments, or post-implementation stabilization efforts.
  • UKG Pro experience is a plus.
  • Experience leading testing efforts, managing defects, validating readiness, and supporting production deployments.

Salary Range

$84,000-$124,000 USD
