Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a SENIOR HRIS ANALYST to join our HUMAN RESOURCES team!

The HRIS Senior Analyst truly understands the why behind Aspirus HR processes and systems. This role ensures data integrity, compliance and consistent practices are performed across our HR systems. The HRIS Senior Analyst works collaboratively with IT, our other HRIS team members, and all functions of HR to ensure we reach the best possible solution with as little disruption as possible. Day to day, this role will work self-sufficiently on projects, complex troubleshooting and problem solving, as well as general system maintenance. This person will use their in-depth knowledge of our processes and data structure to help resolve issues and drive strategic initiatives. The individual will meet with leadership to understand what analytics or metrics are needed to support business strategy, then develop the HR applications to support those needs.

HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period, day only

Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years progressive Analytics, HRIS or IT practice experience. Experience in supporting large scale ERP systems, including implementation, maintenance, upgrading, testing, and back end processing.
  • Business Analytics, HRIS, IT, Business Intelligence, Critical Thinking and Collaboration competence.
  • Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
