How you make a difference

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Enterprise Strategy serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to both corporate teams and home office leaders, while also supporting field teams and operational leadership. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a culture of engagement and performance across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with corporate, home office, and field leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational and enterprise objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies in collaboration with Legal and HR centers of expertise.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and lead change management initiatives that support organizational effectiveness.


Qualifications & Requirements

Education
  • BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, or a related field

Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field . Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.

Licenses/Certifications
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
