About the Position

Title: Senior HR Generalist

Reports to: Senior Manager, Corporate HR

Location: Brookfield, WI. Hybrid schedule 3 days in the office

Position Overview

We're looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on HR support to Corporate Functions, partner with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee support, HR operations, reporting, and talent programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day employee support.


  • Partner with managers on job descriptions, offers, organizational changes, and people-related processes.


  • Maintain accurate HR data and support reporting, audits, and workforce metrics that help inform business decisions.


  • Provide guidance and support across performance management, employee relations, HR programs, and policy interpretation.


  • Coordinate key HR initiatives and programs, including training, engagement activities, and special projects.


  • Lead our Early Talent Leadership Development and Internship Programs.


  • Help ensure a positive employee experience by delivering responsive, high-quality support with professionalism and discretion.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.


  • At least 5 years of HR experience in a generalist or broad HR support role.


  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, support analysis, and enhance day-to-day work


  • Strong organizational and project management skills.


  • Data-driven and analytical mindset.


  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems and reporting tools.


The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. All eligible Team Members will be offered health insurance (medical, dental, vision, Rx), life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D), short-term and long-term disability, extended leave options, paid time off, company holidays, 401k matching, employee stock purchase plan, legal assistance, wellness programs, tuition reimbursement and discount programs.
