SUMMARY:The Senior HR Business Partner is critical in supporting our team's initiatives in all facets of HR, with a specific focus on employee engagement, recruiting and retention, performance management, policy development, and implementation. This position is the point of contact for Associates and a consultant to management for HR-related needs and issues. The Business Partner formulates partnerships across the HR function, seeking to develop integrated solutions and deliver value-added service to management and associates that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
IN THIS ROLE, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:- Build strong business relationships with employees and managers in respective business units
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of employee relations, employee engagement, development, and coaching
- Partner with CHRO to ensure learning and development programs are addressing employee and business needs
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition resources to ensure a positive candidate experience with consistency and that the right vetting occurs to ensure the right fit on both sides
- Participate in the interviewing process to ensure the right candidate is placed with the organization
- Work with department leaders on annual talent review, performance reviews & compensation planning
- Partner with department leaders to achieve positive employee engagement within the various departments
- Proactively address employee relations issues with leaders and provide guidance on how to handle, ensuring consistency in approach and mitigating risk for the Company

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This position has no supervisory responsibilities
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Five years of solid HR experience required, along with at least 2 years of HRBP experience
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) & HR Specific software (Ultimate Software/UKG) is a plus
- Operate with a sense of urgency, while setting and managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and technical skills
