Full Job Description
Senior Growth Marketing Specialist

Summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to support demand generation and growth programmes across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

This hands-on role combines marketing automation execution with ownership of targeted audience activation, lifecycle, re-engagement, event, and bottom-of-funnel programmes. Using Salesforce, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), 6sense, Qualified, and approved data-enrichment sources, this role will build and activate audiences for BDR outreach, re-engagement, event promotion, and other targeted campaigns.

The ideal candidate understands the purpose behind a programme, uses data to determine whether the audience and approach are appropriate, and turns campaign performance into clear recommendations. This role requires a strong balance of execution, analytical thinking, independent judgement, and cross-functional partnership.

What You'll Do

  • Build, test, deploy, and optimise email campaigns, nurture programmes, automated workflows, forms, landing pages, and event campaigns across the Americas.
  • Maintain campaign quality, list hygiene, email deliverability, and established QA standards.
  • Build, cleanse, enrich, and activate targeted audiences using account-fit, intent, behavioural, opportunity, customer, and engagement data.
  • Evaluate audience quality and relevance, identify when segments are too small or insufficiently targeted, and maintain a high data-quality standard for audiences delivered to Sales, BDRs, and approved AI-enabled workflows.
  • Manage selected re-engagement, BDR outbound, event promotion, lifecycle, and other bottom-of-funnel programmes from setup through sales hand-off.
  • Define and manage campaign entry and exit criteria within established qualification, lifecycle, suppression, and routing frameworks.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales, and BDR teams to improve campaign hand-offs and determine when automated engagement should transition to human follow-up.
  • Structure campaigns to support accurate attribution, including Salesforce campaign setup, member statuses, naming conventions, source data, and tracking parameters.
  • Monitor campaign contribution to responses, registrations, meetings, opportunity progression, and pipeline, using performance data to recommend improvements and opportunities to scale.
  • Investigate campaign-level inconsistencies and partner with Marketing Operations on attribution, system configuration, data quality, and reporting issues.
  • Use approved AI tools to support campaign QA, content variation, audience research, enrichment, reporting, and repetitive workflows while validating outputs and applying sound judgement.
  • Partner across Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales, BDRs, Events, Product Marketing, and production teams to develop scalable campaign solutions and improve the regional use of data, automation, and AI.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, digital campaign activation, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), including campaign setup, email execution, forms, landing pages, automation, segmentation, list management, and reporting.
  • Strong audience segmentation and data-management experience using account-fit, intent, behavioural, opportunity, customer, and engagement signals to develop campaign-ready audiences.
  • Working knowledge of lead management, qualification, lifecycle stages, routing, sales hand-offs, suppression management, email deliverability, attribution, and marketing data quality.
  • Ability to analyse Salesforce reports and campaign data, identify inconsistencies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage campaigns or programmes within established processes while using data and judgement to recommend improvements.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to support campaign execution, content development, analysis, enrichment, QA, or workflow efficiency.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organisational, and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions.

Preferred
  • Experience with 6sense, Qualified, Drift, Demandbase, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar intent, conversational marketing, or sales-engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with Stensul, Jasper, Bizzabo, iCapture, Unbounce, LinkedIn Matched Audiences, GoToWebinar, Wistia, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
  • Experience supporting demand generation programmes across multiple countries or regions.
  • Experience working in industrial technology, manufacturing, metrology, software, or another complex B2B environment.

Work Environment

This is a remote position based in the United States. The role is primarily performed in a home-office environment and requires regular use of a computer, telephone, and video-conferencing technology.
