Full Job Description
Analytica is looking for a Senior Growth Manager to identify, capture, and secure new business opportunities across its Civilian market portfolio spanning the Departments of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of State (DOS), and Department of Justice (DOJ). In particular, this strategic-thinking, self-starter will have proven success growing business across key areas of DHS, including Headquarters (HQ), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), as well as, other DHS components focused on community support, crisis management, and technology modernization.

The successful candidate will be accountable for building and advancing a robust pipeline, qualifying opportunities, establishing winning teaming strategies, and collaborating across the firm to build innovative technical solutions. They will also foster strong client and partner relationships, and position the firm to submit compliant, responsive, and compelling proposals resulting in significant market expansion. Communication, visibility, leadership, and accountability are hallmark requirements critical for success in this position. This position will report to the Vice President, Growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, develop, track, and successfully execute a pipeline of opportunities to support our federal civilian growth objectives with emphasis on DHS headquarters, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and other components.
  • Develop and lead an emergent strategy to help Analytica gain presence(s) at the Department of Justice and Department of State, promoting Analytica strengths at the intersection of advanced analytics and software engineering.
  • Build, develop and foster relationships with key agency decision makers, influencers, industry partners to shape opportunities and position Analytica to win.
  • Work collaboratively and proactively across the organization to drive and achieve broader company growth objectives.
  • Engage in industry events and serve as liaison for memberships and event participation.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay current on federal agencies' mission priorities, opportunities, and buying trends.
  • Provide strategic guidance and actively engage in supporting proposal efforts.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience conducting federal business development activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape and existing contracts across DHS, DOS, and DOJ.
  • Proven, sustained ability and reputation of winning contract awards of $50M+.
  • Self-initiator, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to inspire growth.
  • Working knowledge missions, cultures, organizational components, leadership, major programs, challenges and buying trends across target agencies.
  • Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and closing deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry counterparts across target agencies.
  • Experience and comfort representing solutions and services including AI/ML, IT Modernization, IT Strategy, Cloud Solutions, Agile Software Development, DevSecOps, and Data Visualization and Analytics.
