Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer (SGD) is responsible for transforming medical content and educational material into visually stimulating, professional, and relevant electronic and print deliverables to support our client needs. Within a teaming environment the SGD translates complex concepts and information into simplified, compelling visuals using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. The Senior Graphic Designer should be able to collaborate with teams to plan, analyze, organize, and execute assigned projects. Must be able to deliver breakthrough creativity with a high degree of excellence while meeting the demands of deadlines.

What you'll do:

Otherwise known as the "essential functions", these are the parts of the job that a crucial to successful performance.
  • Create, design and enhance marketing and/or scientific materials according to project specification and guidelines for electronic and print deliverables
  • Possess a strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Maintain personal project production schedule to track multiple projects daily
  • Collaborate directly with Medical and/or Project Lead on deliverable enhancements
  • Organize information effectively, and convey data through infographics, charts, graphs, maps, tables, and text
  • Requires critical thinking and storytelling expertise
  • Track project hours according to budget
  • Keep abreast of current and emerging technologies including iPad and cross-platform compatibility
  • Any other duties as reasonably assigned; duties and responsibilities may be removed, modified, or added by leadership at any time as business or operations require

Pay Range: $77,000-$90,000

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are also actively opening new office locations, so if one opens near you, our Real HART policy will apply.
