Responsibilities

  • Manage supply chain security and investigative data collection for the GBP Team, focusing on threat analysis.

Full Job Description
General Description:

The Senior Global Brand Protection Analyst works at the direction of the Director of Supply Chain Security and Global Brand Protection, North America, and in coordination with, the Head of Global Brand Protection and other Global Brand Protection personnel, to provide analytical support and assist in the development of strategies and plans to mitigate Brand Protection risks. The analyst will participate in developing projects with partners across various BeOne business functions, including Workplace Services, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, Quality, HR, Compliance, Legal, IT, and other key stakeholders.

The analyst will be skilled in the use and presentation of data, have strong proficiency in the use of case management systems, link analysis, Microsoft Office and other systems, will have strong written and other communications skills and have a strong acumen for and desire to learn more about pharmaceutical brand protection and the pharmaceutical industry at large. The analyst should have some scientific background/coursework and commit to embracing BeOne's values and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to BeOne's culture, global pace of operations, and requirements.

Essential Functions of the job:
  • Case Management -Manage supply chain security and investigative data collection, maintenance, presentations and analysis for the GBP Team. Support team efforts to build a threat matrix for business owners to navigate legitimate supply chain security risks.
  • Project Work -Support analytical testing initiatives for pharmaceutical anti-counterfeiting, helping determine what is required to develop procedure for the testing of investigative samples for brand protection purposes. Research and implement database identifying known counterfeits of BeOne products to better understand the scope and origin of sources.
  • Mitigation/Prevention -Collaborate with cross-functional BeOne stakeholders to develop and implement communications supporting anti-counterfeiting and anti-diversion techniques/programs, brand protection risk assessment processes, investigative case management procedures, anti-counterfeiting technology assessments, on-line risk monitoring and suspect product analysis.
  • Investigations/IP Enforcement -Monitor the BeOne pharmaceutical supply chain to help identify and prevent illicit activity. Build datasets and execute analytical projects supporting investigations of allegations of counterfeiting, diversion, tampering and theft of BeOne products.
  • Business Partner Tracking - Develop and manage a business partner tracking system to consolidate audit outcomes, CAPA status, regulatory and government program compliance, contractual security requirements, security contacts, main contacts, general facility information, associated investigations, etc.
  • Supplier Due Diligence and Audit Management - Oversee comprehensive records related to supplier service provider due diligence, including location details, contact information, service status, on-site audit history, self-assessment results, and supply chain security requirements. Support the documentation of ongoing audits and diligently track the resolution of audit findings to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Management -Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new vendors while ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Manage purchase order creation and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. . Continuously monitor and manage expenditures for the Global Brand Protection team to optimize budget efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+years of relevant experience, preferably relating to data analysis and legal, criminal justice, supply chain, quality assurance and/or scientific activities. Or Associates degree and 6+ years related experience.
  • Knowledge of/course work in laboratory science preferred
  • Desire to work directly with Corporate Security departments and cross-functional partners in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Global Supply Chain, Legal, required.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
  • Familiarity with intellectual property law, trademarks, copyrights and anti-counterfeiting measures
  • Interest in working on issues relating to pharmaceutical counterfeiting, diversion, tampering & theft, required. Experience in this area highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Computer Skills: High proficiency required. Certifications relating to data analysis and linkage desirable.


Other Qualifications: The ability to assist in the creation of well-articulated datasets and presentations.

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree required. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Salary Range: $98,200.00 - $133,200.00 annually

Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
