This is your chance to join us as a Senior GEOINT Source Strategies Analyst to help shape how GEOINT collection supports some of the Intelligence Community's most complex missions. This is an opportunity to think beyond day-to-day tasking, you'll help influence how collection strategies are built, refined, and continuously improved. Supporting GEOINT Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) lifecycle, including real-time and activity-based collection, developing and refining multi-source GEOINT collection strategies, evaluating collection effectiveness and identifying opportunities to improve mission outcomes, supporting information need development by researching intelligence requirements and understanding how phenomenology impacts collection planning. Requirements
  • Current active Top Secret / SCI clearance
  • You've achieved the accomplishment of a Master's Degree + 5 years / Bachelor's + 7 years / 10+ years of experience supporting the GEOINT Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) lifecycle.
  • You have gained experience working with multi-source intelligence and GEOINT collection strategies, allowing you to recognize where different capabilities complement one another and where gaps exist.
  • Knowledge of traditional and emerging overhead collection capabilities, enabling you to recommend the right source for the right intelligence problem.
  • Experience supporting Information Need development and understanding how phenomenology influences GEOINT tasking, in order to ensure collection strategies align with mission objectives.
  • Experience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), working within NGA collection management structures and collaborating across the Intelligence Community, as this role requires close coordination across organizations.

  • Research and evaluation of non-traditional National Technical Means (NTM) capabilities.

Salary Range: $100K-110K/annually
