Position Description: CGI is seeking a senior G Invoicing operations analyst to support G Invoicing operations support at a Government Agency. Candidate will join a team of operational analysts that will be responsible for supporting G Invoicing transaction processing in the G Invoicing and Momentum systems, developing and updating documentation, engaging directly with the client and their trading partners, and reviewing G Invoicing documents for accuracy and completeness for successful processing.
This position is located in our Lebanon, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities: You will be involved in a variety of activities supporting the client's interagency transactions amongst their various federal trading partners. Tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
Providing oversight of the CGI team members supporting the contract
Processing G Invoicing GT&Cs, Orders, and correcting rejected Payments
Assisting with tracking and monitoring G Invoicing transactions
Communicating with the client and their trading partners to fulfill requests, troubleshoot issues, and follow up on outstanding items
Create and maintain job aids and other documentation to support the client's use of the Momentum and G Invoicing integration
Proactively bring issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions to solve them
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: 2+ years of Momentum and/or G Invoicing experience
Experience working directly with clients and ability to lead meetings
Proficiency in regular client engagement via email, Microsoft Teams, and phone conversations
Issue resolution experience

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 $139,300.00.
