Responsibilities for the Senior Full Stack Software Engineer:- Design and develop a web-based platform for tracking certification programs and project progress.
- Build front-end applications using React and backend services using Python.
- Integrate data from multiple internal systems, databases, and APIs.
- Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and program teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in Agile development activities.
Qualifications of the Senior Full Stack Engineer:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
- Strong experience with Python and React.
- Experience integrating data from multiple sources and building reporting/dashboard solutions.
- Experience with REST APIs and modern application architectures.
- Agile development experience.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience supporting security, compliance, or certification programs.
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience building enterprise applications and workflow tools.
Compensation & Benefits of the Senior Software Engineer:- $130,000 - $160,000 base salary
