Senior Frontend Developer (React)
Lead I - Software Engineering
UST is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Senior Frontend Developer (React).
The opportunity:
• Design and develop scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement reusable UI components and maintain coding standards.
• Designing and implement Web applications.
• Analyzing user requirements to inform application design
• Defining application objectives and functionality.
• Aligning application design with business goals.
• Developing and testing software.
• Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise.
• Producing detailed design documentation.
• Developing multimedia applications.
• Developing documentation to assist users.
• Ensuring continuous professional self-development.
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Javascript, HTML and CSS (Required)
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with React JS , Node JS, HTML ,CSS and Git (Required)
• Exposure in writing unit test case using Ezyme, Jest and Mocha etc. (Required)
• Background in Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Mandatory: React JS , Node JS, HTML ,CSS, Javascript and Git
• Secondary: Gitflow, Experience in JIRA, Confluence etc (optional).
• Continuous Integration tools: such as Bamboo, Jenkins, or TFS.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Arkansas
Compensation Range: $75,000-$113,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
