In this role, you'll develop a deep understanding of our finance and business operations-identifying inefficiencies, mapping workflows, and translating complex processes into scalable automation solutions. You'll collaborate with Finance subject matter experts, business leaders, and technology teams across the organization, applying your technical expertise to drive strategic decisions with lasting impact.

The Senior Financial Automation Analyst will lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions within the Corporate Accounting and Finance Department, leveraging a broad range of tools to drive end-to-end workflow automation and system integration.
  • Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions with process owners and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and scope automation opportunities.
  • Establish and enforce automation best practices, documentation standards, and governance frameworks across the team.
  • Evaluate and champion emerging technologies, providing recommendations on adoption and integration into existing automation ecosystems.
  • Own full lifecycle delivery of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) projects, from solution design through production deployment and post-launch support.
  • Architect and manage UiPath automation environments, including bot orchestration, scheduling, machine configuration, and performance monitoring.
  • Lead technical design and implementation of complex, cross-functional automation solutions across multiple projects and systems.
  • Design and implement enterprise-level data integrations across ERP platforms, databases, and cloud platforms to enable scalable end-to-end automation.
  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices across the team, leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery, reduce manual effort, and elevate the quality of automation outputs.
  • Serve as a technical advisor and mentor to junior analysts, guiding them through development, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with business users to lead testing, change management, and training efforts for new automation solutions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise with UiPath, including enterprise deployment and administration is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Alteryx for data blending, analytics, and workflow automation is strongly preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Query is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end RPA implementation projects is strongly preferred.
  • Strong foundation in business analysis with experience translating complex financial processes into scalable technical solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ambition for process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong drive for continuous process improvement and innovation.
  • Although not a requirement, having a solid grasp of programming fundamentals and entry level or higher proficiency with Python, SQL, VB.Net, and/or C# is a significant asset.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, preferred.
