Description:Position purpose:Develops and apply advanced financial and accounting methodologies to support planning and control across physician practice divisions. Provides financial analysis, performance measurement, and decision-support insights that guide business objectives and long-term planning for assigned sites, divisions, or the broader Trinity organization. Serves as a consultant and systems analyst by identifying opportunities to improve information management and recommending integrated approaches for collecting, reporting, and leveraging financial and operational data.
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 3-5 years' financial analysis experience
What the Sr Financial Analyst will do:- Perform complex financial analyses with minimal supervision.
- Support forecasting, multi-year planning, and monthly financial close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Prepare revenue, cost, and monthly gain/loss analyses and other financial performance reports.
- Partner with senior leadership on reporting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Provide financial guidance and decision-support to operations leaders.
- Lead analytical support for strategic and operational projects.
