Position SummaryThe Finance team plays a critical role in driving the company's profitability through strategic cost-saving initiatives, rigorous budget control, and investment optimization. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst who can deliver high-quality financial insights and maintain operational excellence, particularly in challenging market environments, to support informed executive decision-making.
Role and ResponsibilitiesHere's What You'll Be Responsible For:Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)- Develop and manage multi-scenario business plans (e.g., Strategic Plans, Annual Budgets, Target Plans) to support strategic corporate goals.
- Execute monthly rolling forecasts by analyzing key drivers, including production volumes, cost structures, and potential business risks.
- Perform comprehensive financial forecasting and variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast) to identify growth drivers and actionable insights.
Budgeting & Cost Management- Oversee company-wide budget execution and provide strategic guidance to ensure disciplined spending.
- Lead corporate cost-saving initiatives and serve as a key coordinator for Executive CoEn(Cost Engineering) meetings.
- Manage capital expenditures (CAPEX) across departments and conduct project evaluations to optimize ROI.
- Review and approve daily budget allocations and Purchase Order (PO) requests.
Financial Reporting & Executive Decision Support- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end P&L closing processes in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Conduct advanced financial analysis focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and cost efficiency.
- Prepare high-impact presentation materials and ad-hoc financial reports for senior leadership and executive reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive continuous operational improvements.
Skills and QualificationsHere's what you'll need:- Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate accounting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Certification: CPA or CFA certification is highly preferred.
- Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in advanced financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
The current base salary range for this role is between $95,000 - $135,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
