Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active SECRET clearance; TS/SCI preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business management, or finance; Master's degree preferred for lower experience threshold.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in financial management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Documented experience in leading diverse teams toward high-performance outcomes.
• Solid understanding of DoW organizational structure and funding execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the Program Objectives Memorandum (POM) and Budget Estimate Submission for R&E.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of budgetary programs and financial trends.
• Prepare documents and briefings for Department of War leadership.
• Monitor DoW program execution and funding distribution.
• Support the DoW PPBE process with required documentation.
• Participate in Mid-Year Reviews and PPBE meetings as necessary.
• Assist in the preparation for audit readiness and documentation.
