How You'll Make an Impact As a
Senior Financial Analyst supporting our Performance Coatings Group, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support profitable growth across the region. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver insights that inform decision-making and optimize business outcomes.
- Monitor financial performance of the business unit including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Provide timely, concise, and actionable financial information to business leaders and management.
- Lead development of the region's annual operating plans and forecasts.
- Support new product costing and volume analysis to assess profitability and value proposition.
- Partner with manufacturing, sales, and marketing to analyze costs, set pricing strategies, and optimize margins.
- Analyze budget and forecast performance to support data-driven decisions.
- Support development of strategic plans and financial trajectory.
- Support monthly business reviews, financial reporting, and closing activities.
- Manage rebate agreements and commission and accrual processes.
- Support internal controls and financial system integrity.
- Assist with global initiatives and ad hoc finance projects.
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of financial experience.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial principles and accounting.
- Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with proactive mindset and results orientation.
- Continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward - MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot.
