Job Description

We are hiring a Sr. Financial Analyst, Performance & Standardization to elevate business performance reviews and build disciplined, scalable processes that improve decision quality across the organization.

Role Summary:
This role is responsible for leading the Monthly Business Review process, diagnosing performance, and enforcing scalable standards that enable faster, higher-quality decisions.

You will partner closely with finance and business leaders to surface risks, challenge assumptions, and quantify recovery opportunities while building the systems and processes that drive consistency and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Business Review (MBR) Leadership
  • Lead the MBR process to surface risks, gaps, and actionable opportunities
  • Diagnose root causes of performance issues and quantify recovery paths
  • Challenge inputs, assumptions, and narratives to ensure rigor and clarity
  • Deliver executive-ready insights that drive decision-making


Standardization & Process Excellence
  • Build and drive standard work, templates, and timelines across the organization
  • Ensure KPIs, calculation methodologies, and data sources are consistent and auditable
  • Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and decision quality


Performance Analysis & Business Partnership
  • Partner cross-functionally to diagnose issues and identify solutions
  • Surface leading indicators, risks, and opportunities proactively
  • Pressure-test assumptions and historical trends to improve accuracy


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field.
    8+ years progressive FP&A/accounting experience.
    Proven ability to diagnose business performance and quantify issues and opportunities
  • Experience supporting executive-level reviews and decision-making processes
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills
  • Experience in Big 4 public accounting preferred

Compensation
Base Salary Range: $105,593.46 USD to $142,861.74 USD

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
