Job Summary: As a Senior Financial Analyst, you play a key role in accelerating organizational success by collecting business data, analyzing information, ensuring accurate reporting, and developing improvement and enhancement solutions for the company.

You successfully fulfill the following essential duties and responsibilities:You will use your COLLABORATIVE SKILLS to:- Work directly with all levels of the organization to identify problems, understand complex business concepts, analyze opportunities, develop, recommend, and implement business solutions.
- Administer variable compensation plans; create, send, perform ongoing maintenance, check for accuracy, educate team members, and process documentation.
- Own reporting efficiency; whether it is utilizing Datarails for compensation plan administration or creating new PowerBI reports for company reporting, you are the subject matter expert (SME).
- Own creation, updating, and publishing of scorecards, recurring reporting, and KPI metrics that contribute to the organizations strategic goals.
- Promote team values, demonstrate positive team behavior, and contribute towards building and maintaining an elevated level of morale.
- Support the company by completing other duties as assigned.
You will use your TECHNICAL SKILLS to:- Administer financial reports for internal and external use by collecting, organizing, formatting, and presenting information in a manner understood by end users.
- Administer and maintain compensation plans and files.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting in collaboration with accounting, market leaders, department leaders, and senior leadership.
- Maintain operational and KPI analysis reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop templates for annual operating and capital budgets in partnership with the Director of Finance and company leadership; including reviewing and advising on strategies to increase efficiency.
- Maintain financial forecasting models to provide insight to future company performance.
- Ensure financial data integrity in alignment with Controller and Director of Finance.
- Develop and maintain standard costing systems and maintain pricing/cost models.
- Help drive the implementation of technology and process solutions from concept to completion including improvements to existing systems.
- Assist in design and maintenance of data systems and databases.
- Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and special projects.

Requirements
You will meet the following educational, licensing, certification and work experience requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance or related Business discipline required.
- 4-7 years of progressive experience as business, reporting or financial Analyst preferred.
- Data base structure experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft PowerBI, with end-to-end creation and report publishing
- Experience with Datarails or other FP&A tool (Implementation experience a plus)
- Familiarity with ConnectWise, Sage Intact, and Hubspot a plus.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within IT services and telecommunications industries a strong plus.
