At Sandisk, we are powering the future of data storage through industry-leading flash memory technologies. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Global Operations Finance organization.

This role is responsible for supporting the accuracy and integrity of product cost information across planning, forecasting, inventory valuation, and financial reporting processes. The successful candidate will combine strong finance and analytical capabilities with a systems-oriented mindset to support standard cost management, inventory planning and valuation, cost analysis, and finance process improvement.

The position will partner across Manufacturing Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and IT to support accurate product costing, provide actionable business insights, and improve finance processes through automation, analytics, and system enhancements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Standard Cost Maintenance and Inventory Support
  • Maintain product standard costs in GMPL and ensure cost data is accurate and complete.
  • Review product cost exceptions, identify root causes, and coordinate timely resolution with cross-functional teams.
  • Support quarterly and annual standard cost updates, including data validation, analysis, implementation, and review.
  • Develop and maintain DRAM cost assumptions used for inventory planning, COGS forecasting, and valuation.

Cost Analytics and Business Partnership
  • Analyze product cost changes, manufacturing cost trends, and impacts to inventory, COGS, and gross margin.
  • Prepare clear analysis and insights to support cost reviews, forecasts, reporting, and business decisions.
  • Work with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Accounting, and IT to improve product cost information.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and projects related to product cost, inventory, manufacturing finance, and process improvement.

Systems, Automation, and Process Improvement
  • Support automation, AI, and analytics initiatives that improve finance processes and reporting.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and enterprise systems.
  • Improve processes to reduce manual work, strengthen controls, and make reporting more scalable.
  • Partner with Finance and IT to validate system changes and resolve data or process issues.
  • Maintain appropriate documentation for key processes, assumptions, tools, and controls.

This range may be modified in the future.
