Put your financial analysis skills to work helping drive informed decisions and support member success at an award-winning credit union.What You'll Do - Help lead and maintain the credit union's Asset/Liability Management (ALM) program and financial models
- Manage profitability analysis, funds transfer pricing, and budgeting systems
- Develop financial forecasts, trend analyses, and performance reporting
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Support mortgage lock desk operations, derivative accounting, and investment reporting
- Conduct variance analysis, financial research, and special projects
- Partner with Business Intelligence teams to improve data quality, reporting, and profitability metrics

Must-Have Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Minimum three (3) years' experience infinancial data analytics: producing, parsing, organizing and reviewing data analytics for accuracy/trend/forecasting.
- Minimum three (3) years' experience with budgets: creating enterprise-wide budgets including data gathering, inputs and quality control.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Experience analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and presenting recommendations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
