Full Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst will help drive the technology transformation of the Investor Services client pricing and costing processes, and provide overall support and expertise to the global pricing team. The candidate will have experience successfully applying emerging technologies to business processes that have resulted in optimized and enhanced business outcomes. The candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders in the business to design and implement technology-driven client pricing and costing best practices that align with the Firm's financial objectives. The candidate will collaborate with the global Sales / RM and deal teams on sales opportunities that require client profitability analysis, creation of fee schedules and facilitation of collateral that aid in the sales process. The candidate must have advanced modeling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage available emerging technologies to transform and optimize the Investor Services pricing and costing processes
  • Harmonize rich but independent data sets to optimize and enhance the financial analytics related to pricing costs (predictive modeling, benchmarking, comps, scenarios, what if analysis, benchmarking, etc)
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders in a project management setting - establishing clear and measurable objectives, accountability and deadlines
  • Manage project scope and change by proactively addressing evolving business needs, minimizing scope creep, and recommending effective solutions.
  • Drive best practices and continuous improvement, applying standards across projects and modeling opportunities
  • Ability to create and analyze complex financial models which be used as pricing decision support tools by Sr. Management
  • Provides pricing expertise and analytics, helps lead the collection and analysis of data
  • Support the DIER II process, including data integrity, client profitability, and the RE lead Optimization review
  • Work to enhance deal tracking and reporting regarding new business and repricing's
  • Assist with other ad hoc projects including competitive benchmarking, backtesting, client profitability reporting, client segment reporting, etc...

Knowledge and Skillset:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting environment
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Strong financial modelling and problem-solving skills
  • Innovative thinker with a growth mindset and the confidence to challenge conventional/established approaches
  • Ability to collect, analyze and utilize large data sets to support pricing and client profitability analysis
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing. Ability to confidently and professionally lead pricing proposal conversations with Sr. Management and navigate difficult conversations
  • Highly adaptable with ability to adjust quickly to competing demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects - project management experience a plus
  • Strong technical skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and Power Point as well as proficiency in emerging technologies
  • Direct knowledge of BBH Investor Services products and disciplines is a plus


Salary Range

MA: $80,000 - $120,000 base salary + annual bonus target
