Job PurposeThis position is responsible for leading the reporting and analysis of detailed product margin activity with the product marketing teams in the region. This role acts as a strategic business partner to operational and commercial leadership, delivering financial insights, driving accountability, and supporting decision-making to achieve financial and operational targets. The position also acts as a liaison with product development to ensure appropriate inputs and coordination of new product activities.
This position can be based in our offices in New Holland, PA or Racine, WI and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule with three (3) days in-office, and two (2) days remote.
Key Responsibilities- Work directly with product marketing and regional management to report, analyze and react to product margin issues. Coordinate a regular cadence of reviews with accompanying action plans tied to overall business strategies. Drive ongoing process improvement activities across varying business functions to optimize financial and sales results.
- Primary liaison with product development teams to ensure inputs for their business cases are reasonable. Coordinate their plans/activities to the commercial finance specialist to ensure appropriate forecasts are in place for new product launches/current product improvements.
- Support the Sales and Operations Planning team (S&OP) with ongoing PO support and analytics to ensure alignment with forecast financial plans and appropriate inventory levels
- Manage and analyze company inventory levels within the region to ensure efficient utilization of assets
- Monitor and control NRV and Obsolescence reserves on a monthly basis to ensure appropriate coverage to manage to adequate and acceptable inventory levels.
- Work with the marketing organization as needed on CAPEX related actions for planning and actual tracking.
- Advise management on financial matters and the impact of laws and regulations on the organization.
- Conducts special studies and analyses such as determination of work-in-house, or subcontract and cost impact of proposed facilities or processes.
- Performs economic/financial research and analysis as assigned for use in the development of strategic business plans/strategies and tactics and in subsequent appraisal of results.
- Prepares statistical studies and economic forecasts of business conditions and trends and draws relevant conclusions.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Experience Required- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or other business related field required.
- 8 or more years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree preferred.

Pay TransparencyThe annual salary for this role is USD $106,725.00 - $163,645.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
