Compensation: Budgeted between $90,000 and $120,00 dependent upon applicable experience.

The Senior Finance Business Partner will work closely with the Executive Team Members and their team to provide insights and support to the decision-making process. Success in this position depends on interpreting data and drawing conclusions, not just compiling numbers. This position will be expected to take complex information and communicate and present findings in a way that is easy to digest and understand. Part of this role will also be anticipating long-term challenges and trends, understanding the implications of decisions, and being able to translate ideas and concepts into practical applications.
Responsibilities:- Lead the Annual Planning process for your business unit's financial and strategic plan.
- Lead projects that provide new information to business leaders and give confidence in the decision-making process.
- Promote data-driven decision-making.
- Successfully collaborate with many different stakeholders and senior leadership to identify solutions needed to meet their business goals and provide influential advice, insight, challenge, and decision support.
- Manage special projects such as strategic planning, business case preparation, and M&A support.
- Ensure alignment between operational decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Review, analyze, and ensure the quality of operational data.
- Work with teams to develop operational insights and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with ad hoc analysis and support.
- Gather, consolidate, and analyze key financial metrics and understand the root causes of fluctuations with revenue and costs.
- Maintain monthly reporting materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:- Five years of related work experience.
- Understanding of general financial reporting.
- Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
Preferred:- Master's Degree or MBA.
- Private equity experience.
Travel: Ability to travel as needed.
