Here’s the Deal
The Senior Finance Associate is responsible for supporting financial governance, reporting, analysis, and process excellence initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency across financial operations while identifying opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency. You will play an important role in analyzing financial data, monitoring performance metrics, supporting month-end activities, and helping drive continuous improvement initiatives across core finance processes. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform financial analysis and reporting activities to support business and operational decision-making.
  • Monitor financial performance indicators and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues, process exceptions, and operational challenges.
  • Prepare reporting packages, presentations, and management insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and financial controls activities.
  • Support initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency of financial data.
  • Contribute to audit, compliance, and governance requirements as needed.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for business projects and strategic initiatives.


The Basics
Academic Background:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:4-7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial reporting, controlling, audit, or shared service environments.
Technical Knowledge:

  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
  • Advanced Excel and financial data analysis skills.
  • Experience supporting finance operations in a regional or global environment is preferred.

English Level:Advanced (C1).
