Full Job Description
The Role

We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to help Geordie build one of the most effective field marketing organisations in enterprise software.

You will own Geordie's field marketing strategy and execution, partnering closely with Sales and Channel to create pipeline, deepen customer relationships and accelerate enterprise revenue. From executive dinners and strategic conferences to customer advocacy and partner campaigns, you'll ensure Geordie shows up brilliantly wherever enterprise buyers engage with us.

Initially, you will be a hands-on individual contributor responsible for executing Geordie's field marketing motion across executive events, customer advocacy, partner marketing and account-based campaigns. You will personally own the planning, coordination and delivery of initiatives that help our sales team win more business.

This is not a traditional demand generation role. We are not looking for someone who optimises MQLs or manages large paid marketing budgets. We are looking for someone who constantly asks:

"How can marketing help us create and close more enterprise revenue?"

You will help build a world-class field marketing function where every programme strengthens customer relationships, supports our go-to-market teams and delivers measurable commercial impact.

What You'll Do

Field Marketing
• Own Geordie's field marketing calendar across executive dinners, customer councils, roundtables and strategic industry events.
• Plan and deliver exceptional experiences that bring together enterprise buyers, customers and partners.
• Own event planning end-to-end, including venues, vendors, attendee experience, run-of-show and post-event follow-up.
• Create repeatable event playbooks that consistently generate qualified pipeline and strengthen customer relationships.
• Measure pipeline generated, opportunities influenced and ROI across every field marketing initiative.

Executive Events & Experiences
• Lead Geordie's presence around major industry events including RSA, Black Hat and other strategic conferences through high-quality side events and executive experiences.
• Work closely with Sales to identify the highest-value opportunities to engage customers and prospects through field marketing.
• Ensure every event reflects Geordie's brand and delivers an exceptional experience for attendees.
• Manage event budgets, vendors and logistics with a relentless focus on quality and commercial impact.

Partner Marketing
• Support the Channel team with joint partner campaigns, co-marketing initiatives and partner events.
• Work closely with strategic partners to maximise the commercial value of shared marketing activities.
• Help establish repeatable partner marketing programmes that strengthen relationships and generate pipeline.

Customer Marketing
• Build and coordinate customer advocacy programmes including executive introductions and community initiatives that support enterprise sales.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with customers through exclusive events, councils and engagement programmes.

Commercial Excellence
• Build and execute account-based campaigns in partnership with Sales for strategic accounts and opportunities.
• Partner with Account Executives before, during and after field marketing initiatives to maximise commercial impact.
• Work closely with the Technical Product Marketing Lead, Growth Marketing Lead and Content team to translate messaging into commercially impactful field programmes.
• Continuously improve field marketing execution, event programmes and processes as the company scales.
• Ensure every field marketing activity has clear commercial objectives, measurable outcomes and strong alignment with Sales and Partnerships.

Ideal Background
• Experience in Field Marketing within enterprise B2B SaaS, cybersecurity or infrastructure software.
• Experience owning executive events, customer engagement programmes, partner marketing and/or account-based marketing.
• Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and execution.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining an exceptional standard of delivery.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for measuring success through pipeline generation, revenue influence and event ROI rather than marketing activity.
• Comfortable working directly alongside enterprise Sales teams and understanding complex buying journeys.
• Highly proactive, resourceful and comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to work with executives, customers, partners and vendors.
• AI proficiency: knowing where and when AI tools can help, and using them to improve the quality, speed and effectiveness of your work.

Why This Role

Enterprise software is still won through relationships. The best field marketing teams create the moments where those relationships begin and deepen-whether that's an executive dinner, a customer council, a partner event or a conversation at RSA.

At Geordie, we're building the platform that helps enterprises understand and govern AI agents. We believe Field Marketing is one of our most important commercial functions, working hand-in-hand with Sales and Partnerships to create opportunities that turn into long-term customers.

This role sits at the centre of that ambition. You will directly influence how we build pipeline, strengthen customer relationships, support our partners and accelerate enterprise growth while helping define what great field marketing looks like in one of the fastest-growing categories in enterprise software.
