Position Summary:

The Senior Field Administrator provides advanced administrative and operational support to field operations, ensuring efficient execution of daily activities across one or more field locations. This role serves as a key liaison between field personnel, corporate departments, vendors, and contractors while maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance initiatives, coordinating logistics, and improving administrative processes. The Senior Field Administrator is expected to work independently, mentor junior administrative staff, and contribute to continuous operational improvements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to field operations and leadership teams.
  • Coordinate daily office and field administrative activities to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage field documentation, including work orders, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and operational reports.
  • Support budgeting and cost tracking by processing invoices, monitoring expenditures, and assisting with financial reporting.
  • Assist with procurement activities, including vendor setup, material ordering, inventory tracking, and equipment coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational metrics for management.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and document meeting minutes and action items.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between field operations and corporate departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, Safety, and IT.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and document retention standards.
  • Support audits by organizing and maintaining required documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and implement process improvements.
  • Train, mentor, and provide guidance to Field Administrators and other administrative staff.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Enverus, OpenInvoice, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
