Kelton Enterprises and are looking for an experienced
Senior Facilities Manager to join us.
This multi-unit leadership role will oversee our maintenance technicians across
Western New York and Rochester and support the day-to-day facility needs of our restaurants. We9re looking for someone with initiative and strong working knowledge across multiple trades, including
electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance.
What You9ll DoThe ideal candidate will have experience managing facilities across multiple locations, including:
- Prioritizing maintenance requests and ensuring timely completion of repairs
- Coordinating the purchase and inventory of parts, materials, and equipment needed to minimize operational disruptions
- Sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with external vendors and contractors
- Managing expenditures while identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records, documentation, and reporting
- Implementing preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment life and support restaurant operations
- Leading and developing a team of Facilities Technicians to ensure high performance and accountability
What We Offer- Starting salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually
