Role Overview
We are looking for a candidate with 4 years of experience in project coordination project planning project schedulingtracking with AIML initiatives Generative AI data analysis data analytics LLM Ops NLP and Python The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate cross functional project activities while contributing to data driven and AI enabled solutions across business and technology teams
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities timelines milestones risks dependencies and stakeholder communications
Support project planning tracking status reporting meeting coordination documentation and followups
Work with business data AIML engineering and product teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth project execution
Assist in AIML and Generative AI solution delivery including use cases involving NLP LLMs prompt engineering and data analytics
Support data analysis activities by preparing datasets identifying trends generating insights and creating meaningful reports or dashboards
Collaborate with technical teams on LLMOps activities such as model monitoring evaluation versioning governance and deployment support
Help document AIML workflows project plans implementation approaches process notes and technicalbusiness requirements
Track project progress identify blockers escalate risks and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables
Required Skills
4 years of experience in project coordination project planning project tracking or delivery support
Good understanding of AIML concepts Generative AI NLP and large language modelbased solutions
Handson knowledge of Python for data analysis automation scripting or AIMLrelated tasks
Experience with data analysis and data analytics including data interpretation reporting and insights generation
Familiarity with LLMOps or MLOps concepts such as model deployment monitoring evaluation lifecycle tracking and governance
Ability to work with structured and unstructured data and support AIML project documentation
Strong communication coordination stakeholder management analytical thinking and problemsolving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with crossfunctional teams
GoodtoHave Skills
Exposure to tools or frameworks such as LangChain LlamaIndex Hugging Face OpenAI Azure OpenAI APIs TensorFlow PyTorch MLflow or similar platforms
Understanding of RAG architecture vector databases embeddings semantic search and prompt engineering
Experience creating dashboards or reports using Excel Power BI Tableau SQL or similar tools
Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP
Knowledge of Agile Scrum practices JIRA Confluence MS Project or other project management tools
Awareness of responsible AI data privacy security and compliance considerations
