They are seeking a Senior (Conceptual) estimator for their office in Fort Myers, FL. Responsibilities: - Conceptual Estimating - start with the drawings and take all the way through
- Develop preliminary cost estimates - secure work
- Review design plans, scopes for constructability, value engineering
- Relationships & strategies
Requirements: - BA/BS Construction related degree preferred
- 10+ years minimum - hands-on commercial project estimating
- Knowledge (GMP) proposal handling
- Proven experience with pre-construction CM contracts (client & designer meetings)
- Strong technical skills
- This position is based in Fort Myers, FL.
