Full Job Description
Senior Enterprise Transformation Change Manager

Global Change Capability, Innovation Adoption & Enterprise Readiness

If you take this role, here's what's true 12 months from now

Change has become a capability rather than an activity. Teams across HeadFirst use a shared approach to adoption, leaders know how to prepare their people for change, and new products, acquisitions and platform implementations land faster because change is designed into delivery from day one.

The Transformation Office has established a practical, scalable enterprise change capability that supports strategic transformation across HeadFirst globally. Every major initiative benefits from consistent methods, clear adoption planning and measurable business outcomes.

The opportunity

This role sits at the heart of HeadFirst's Global Transformation Office.

Your mission is to build the enterprise-wide change capability that enables transformation to succeed across Product & Technology and the wider business. Rather than supporting a single programme, you'll design the frameworks, methodologies, tools and ways of working that become the standard for change across the organisation.

Working across regions, functions and leadership teams, you'll help embed practical approaches for change planning, stakeholder engagement, implementation readiness and adoption. You'll coach programme teams, challenge thinking, demonstrate what good looks like and continuously improve how HeadFirst delivers transformation.

This is more than a traditional Change Manager role. You'll help build the capability that enables every future transformation initiative.

What you'll own
  • Design, implement and continuously improve HeadFirst's enterprise change management framework, methodology and practical playbooks.
  • Develop scalable tools including change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, readiness assessments, communication approaches, training and enablement plans, adoption metrics and continuous feedback loops.
  • Establish practical ways of working that make change management repeatable across programmes, products, acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
  • Coach programme teams, business leaders and regional stakeholders on leading successful organisational change.
  • Support implementation readiness for new products, services, operating model changes and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Build repeatable change approaches for acquisitions, integrations and future transformation programmes.
  • Measure adoption, business readiness and organisational effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve the enterprise change capability.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen change delivery through AI, automation and modern collaboration tooling.

Nice to have
  • Experience supporting post-merger integration and organisational integration programmes.
  • Experience working within Product & Technology or digital transformation environments.
  • Experience establishing or evolving a Transformation Office or Enterprise PMO capability.

Why you'll want this role

You'll help define how a global organisation approaches transformation.

Working directly with senior leaders across Product & Technology and the wider business, you'll build the enterprise change capability that enables strategic initiatives to succeed. Rather than joining an established function, you'll create the standards, methods and ways of working that will shape transformation across HeadFirst for years to come.

Ready to make an impact?

If you enjoy building enterprise capabilities, coaching leaders and creating practical approaches that help organisations turn strategy into lasting adoption, we'd love to hear from you.

What makes you successful

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You know how to build practical capabilities that people actually use. You simplify complexity, influence without formal authority and help leaders and teams adopt new ways of working with confidence.
  • Proven experience designing and embedding enterprise change capability within a complex organisation.
  • Experience working across international or global organisations with multiple regions and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR, ACMP, CCMP or comparable change methodologies.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise transformation programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Comfortable working with AI-enabled ways of working and modern collaboration platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
